Correctly maintaining and cleaning your new Acrylic will keep it looking brand new for longer.

GENERAL CARE

  1. Do not expose to extreme heat (<35 c) - prolonged heat exposure could cause melting, distortion, fading or clouding.
  2. Do not use any kind of abrasive on your acrylic - this includes cleaning clothes, cleaning agents, microfibre, tissues etc.
  3. Do not expose your acrylic to any kind of solvent or spirit - this includes ALL cleaning agents.

CLEANING

  1. You can remove dust with a paper towel or soft dusting brush similar to a makeup brush.
  2. We recommend using paper towel and soapy water (dishwashing liquid and water) to remove fingerprints and greasy marks.
  3. Clear Wipe ™ brand wipes can also be used. This is the ONLY commercial cleaning agent we endorse.

SCRATCHES

If you have accidentally scratched your acrylic, you can gently polish with standard toothpaste then buff with paper towel. Please note that not all scratches can be removed, following our general and cleaning care instructions are important. Attempting to remove scratches is at your own risk.

ACCESSORIES

Some of our items come with accessories like metal standoffs, 3d Printed Material, timber or other materials. Please seek our advice prior to attempting to clean these, so that we can assist you in acheiving the best outcome possible.

WARRANTY

Use of any chemical agents, cleaners, abrasives or materials not specifically advised can seriously damage your acrylic. Doing so will void all Warranty or Guarantees previously provided.
